FAqs

1: Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Every session is coached to meet you at your level, whether you’re brand new or experienced. We’ll guide you from day one so you feel safe, confident, and supported.

2: What happens after the 7 days?

At the end of the week, we’ll review your progress together and show you the best options to continue. There’s no pressure and no lock-ins — it’s about finding the right fit for you together.

3: What if I’ve never done this type of training before?

Not a problem. Most people who start with us are beginners. You’ll go through onboarding with a coach, learn the basics, and join classes that are structured with three levels built in.

4: How many sessions can I do in the week?

You’ll have unlimited access to classes and the gym for 7 days. We recommend aiming for 3–4 sessions to get the most out of the experience without feeling overloaded.

5: Do you run kids or teens programs too?

Yes. We have one of, it not the largest kids CrossFit program in Victoria. If you’ve got kids, we can chat about how they can get started too.

6: What do I do to get started?

It’s simple — click the button below, book your free Kickstart, and choose your start date. From there, we’ll contact you to schedule your intro chat and onboarding, so you feel ready and confident for day one.
